A.here is such a thing as muscle memory. And it goes for both building muscle
and for cardiovascular fitness.Never make a bet with an old marathonrunner about and upcoming race - it'll
be easier for him to get into shape (again!)I don't know if there's any scientific data that verifies this but a lot of
"facts" in bodybuilding come from emperial data which could be called experience. That is things that haven't been proved scientifically but
everyones experience say it is so.
You do not need to take steroids to benefit from Heavy Duty Training and as a matter of fact if you want to
do it drug free if may just be the best type of training you can do!
